The IISE Social Justice Advocacy Group presents: Where Art Creates Action!

This country is now 250 years old and In 250 years when people look back they will see what is in the history books and the art. Artists are the historians of our times. Artists pave the way for truth, honesty and hope. Documenting the truth of our society. Being real about what is actually happening in the world and honoring the people who need to be heard, seen and acknowledged.

Rather than focusing solely on what is broken, this event asks: what does freedom truly look like today? What would it mean to build a country rooted in genuine liberty and justice? 

This event was created to give artist that platform. The platform to speak, the platform to yell, scream, recognize and highlight the things that need to be said. 

Where Art Creates Action! is more than an event, it is a reminder that freedom has never been free. It has always required vision, resistance, and community. We are creating space not only to speak and be heard, but to imagine and begin building a future where everyone is lifted up, basic needs are met, and care replaces fear as the foundation of our collective liberation.
